How Do I Register? -Registering is easy. You can head over to our MED Sports Contact Page and click “Register” and someone will get in touch with you. You can also contact us at +971508605080 or WhatsApp us for faster communication. Is there a joining or registration fee? -There is no joining fee to book our swim lane or the pitches. There is a one-time registration fee for kids joining the swim and football program. What is the minimum age to join? -For swimming : Kids 2+ years old Can I check out the facilities first? -Yes. You can book a tour in any of our sports venues by calling our dedicated number at +971508605080. What is the health commitment statement? -Your health is your responsibility. MED Sports Management and Staff are dedicated to help you take every opportunity to use and enjoy the facilities we offer. We have considered what we can reasonably expect of each other and this is detailed in the health commitment statement. Please read our health commitment statement for more information. Can I pay by cash or card? -You can come to the MED Sports venue to register, make a booking and pay by cash. You can also pay by bank transfer. Do you have group discounts? -Group discounts are available for certain programs. Ask our sports coordinator how you can avail a discount. Do I have to agree to any terms and conditions? -It is important to understand our responsibilities to you and your responsibilities to us. You must read and accept our terms and conditions , which can be found here.

Are there showers and changing facilities? -Yes, there toilets, showers and changing rooms at the MED Sports venues. These will be managed and cleaned by staff on site. We politely ask that you should arrive prepared for your sessions or activity and to shower at home, if possible. Are their toiletries, towels available for use at the shower stalls? -No. We do not provide towels, soaps or shampoos. Swimmers and all athletes must bring their own towels and toiletries. Is there Wi-Fi available within the Facility? -No, Wi-fi is not available in the facility. Is private personal coaching available? -Private Personal coaching is available to help you with your sports activity. Please enquire with our sports coordinator for this special service.

Are there exclusive swim classes for ladies/ girls only? -Yes. MED Sports offers a “Ladies/ Girls only Exclusive Swimming Classes with Female Coaches”. There is also an exclusive time only for ladies. Are there football classes for ladies/ girls only? -Yes. MED Sports encourages women to join our “Ladies/ Girls only Exclusive Football Classes” Is the Football Field available to rent? -Yes. The Football Field is available for pitch rental. Please enquire with our sports coordinator for this service. Is the swimming pool available to rent? -Yes. The swimming pool is available for rent for your corporate events, private time or swim lane. Please enquire with our sports coordinator for this service.

Are there lockers in the MED Sports swimming venue? -Lockers are available at the swimming pool venue which will be managed and cleaned by the on-site staff. You are expected to clear out the lockers after each use. Will I have to pay for the lockers? -The lockers are free to use. It is available on a first come first serve basis. Can I park at the venue? -Parking is available outside the venue gates. It is available on a first come first serve basis.
